Rick Balkcom, Customer Relations
Rick has worked at BAI for the last 6 years providing IT service and support. He has an Associates Degree from Pasco Hernando Community College and is currently enrolled at the University of Central Florida. For all four years of high school in Trinity, FL Rick was a member of the Air Force JROTC and attained the rank of Lt. Colonel and Deputy Group Commander. Rick has also worked for Radio Shack for the last 8 years and has extensive sales and customer service experience with Sprint, Cingular, and Verizon cell phones and products. Rick loves to watch and play football and lives in Orlando with his brother.
